- 1. We shall maintain the basic framework as a planned city, and draft an urban plan, considering the environment in all administrative affairs.
- 1. We shall strive for urban development with eco-friendly attitudes by carrying out the eco-river restoration business and expanding parks in urban centers.
- 1. We shall establish partnerships with citizens, environmental organizations and companies, and put specific enforcement plans into action.
