  • Physical environment is clean and safe city
  • Local community where mutual help is well coordinated and natural resources are conserved.
  • A society where citizen's participation and controlled function for a policy that may influence over individual life and health are smooth
  • A city where basic demand including food, water, housing and safety is satisfied.
  • A city where an opportunity of diversified meeting, exchange and communication is guaranteed and broad experience and utilization of resources are allowed
  • A society where historical, cultural and physiological heritage is preserved and cooperation between other groups and individuals are encouraged.
  • A city where an organization that may satisfy the requirements of healthy city is well provided.
  • A city where an adequate public health and medical service are ensured equally for all the citizens.
  • A city where health level of residents is high
