Gwansuljeong
[Location] Naeri-dong 38-2, Changwon
- Located within the military area at the southeast foot of the Banryongsan mountain, Gwansul arbor was built in the 14th year of King Kojong(1877) after receiving management of it from the Hwaesan Kam family when the Yukyongjae building at the west of the Changwon Confucian temple was destroyed.
- The Samyeolsa Temple was erected behind the Gwansul arbor in 1936 to commemorate Gam Gyeong In and his younger brother Gyeong Ryun, meritorious retainers during the Japanese invasion of Korea in the 16th century. Every 15th day of the fourth month of the lunar year, a Confucian religious ceremony is held here.
